The Consortium is grateful for two grants received in the past month, a $150,000 award from BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania for our Future Ready Partnerships work and a 3-year $30,000 commitment from the Henry C. Frick Educational Fund of the Buhl Foundation to support our initiative for Empowering Educators.
“We’re so thankful for this funding and for the validation of our work that it represents,” said Executive Director Mary Kay Babyak. “Both of these initiatives are at the heart of what our organization is trying to accomplish to improve the resources our schools have for preparing students with the skills they need to become successful and contribute to the success of our region.”
